Suranne Jones
Sarah Anne Jones, better well-known as Suranne Jones, is an actress and producer from England. Suranne Jones, an actor and producer from the UK. The actress gained notoriety for her character Ruth Slater, the detective in the police procedural 'Scott & Bailey and as well as Gemma Foster, the GP in the medical drama 'Doctor Foster.' Jones originated is from Chadderton located in Greater Manchester, joined Oldham Theatre Workshop at the age of eight, where she was awarded the BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. As a part of a stage production called Wait Until Dark, she was Gloria aged eight. She first appeared on the screen in 1997 playing a character in an episode from "Coronation Street". She returned in 2000 to play Karen McDonald. She was then cast in various TV roles which included 'Vincent"Strictly confidential," and the 'Harley Street.' In addition, she has appeared on the big screen in films such as 'Love and a Long Shot,' 'Broken Hearts, as well as 'A Christmas Star.
